Modelling and coordination of pipework systems for a steam plant, guided by P&ID and material specifications/piping class. The project included spooling and installation drawings and modelling of equipment according to cutsheets and submittals.

Creation of ITMs from cut sheets, material setup, and connector configurations. Setup of different piping systems. Custom part creation independent of CDI, which is supported in Revit.

I led a team of 14 (coordinators and detailers) for a major contractor at a technology giant's semi-conductor plant, overseeing projects for two buildings of 358,891 sqft and 406,981 sqft respectively.
